What's included in each subscription tier?
Captain ($199/year) unlocks every feature in the app — scoring, the Pot, betting games, expense splitting, recaps, the archive. Player ($39/year) is the same access without needing to be invited to a Captain's trip. Invited players get a trip-activated free tier that runs for the duration of the trip.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Log into loopgolf.ai → Profile → Subscription. You can change tiers, update payment, or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. On the web: loopgolf.ai → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Deletion permanently removes your data within 30 days.
I was invited to a trip but I'm seeing limits. What's going on?
The trip-activated free tier is full-access while the trip is live. After the trip wraps, view-only access to that trip's data remains. To start your own trips or keep full access, the Player tier ($39/year) covers it.
I forgot my password.
Sign-in screen → "Forgot password" → enter your email. A reset link will be sent.
Can I use Loop Golf without the mobile app?
Yes. Everything is available at app.loopgolf.ai in any modern browser. The mobile app adds push notifications and an offline-friendly scoring experience.
My round didn't sync. What do I do?
Pull-to-refresh on the trip page. If it still doesn't sync, force-quit the app and reopen. If the round is still missing, contact support with the trip name and round date.
Is my data private?
Yes. See the full privacy policy at loopgolf.ai/privacy. Trip and round data is visible only to members of that trip. User data is not sold.
